Quote packages must include a business description, primary point of contact, product type and description, model numbers, unit pricing, quantity offered, shipping fees, and any other information relevant to the offering.

Information packages can be any variety of website, brochure, or other general information meant to inform on capabilities. No formality or time-bound required.

If you are interested in providing a material or service below submit your information to olivier@olivierhomes.com. We will do our best to reply as soon as possible. Non-response maybe related to change in service needs, scheduling, pricing, market readiness, or more. We appreciate all submissions and prioritize those of immediate need. All information received is confidential and maybe used to inform future design and purchase decisions as we expand our projects
Electrical Panels
Outdoor electrical panels for stand-alone housing. Includes slots of breaker expansion minimum 100Amp capacity.

Outdoor RV/EV electrical panels for high-amp vehicle charging. Must include mixed 240 and 120V plug-in capability.

Quote may include relevant wiring gauges, breakers, and storage capabilities as optional line items based on the ability of the provider.
Lumber
Outdoor lumber rated for high sun exposure and heavy snow loads. Open to a variety of mixed use, finished, and dimensions. Preferred quote per stick and/or pallet.

May include optional panel boards such as OSB, T 1-11, etc. May include millwork (trim).
​
Low need for structural lumber, open to reviewing the info as part of a product list.
Kitchen Cabinets
Kitchen cabinets for remodels. May or may not include appliances and lighting as integrated features. Favorable towards energy efficiency and non-toxic units. Maybe purchases per-unit or as a complete set.

May include countertops, appliances, and hardware as optional accessories or part of a unit system.
Millwork
Doors and windows off-the-shelf or custom milled per project. Looking for general specs, material use, and design capabilities
Flooring
Flooring of all types to include hardwood, tile, and engineered variety. Maybe quoted by sqft, box, or other.
Roofing
Roofing materials to include traditional asphalt shingle roofing with underlayment options or metal panels. Include material, color, length per unit.
Paint
Paint, stains, and other various finishes. Seeking environmentally friendly products with low-VOC preference. Maybe provided as a base or colored options.

Additional interest in treatments, sealants, etc. for varied applications in lumber and concrete finishing or preservation.
Insulation
Insulation and related temperature-regulating materials. May include rolls, batts, or panels. Open to a variety of materials and applications for new construction and renovation to include any dimension.
